By downloading, accessing, or using Quok Games ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuokAI ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App requires Solana wallet verification with a minimum $QUOK token balance (equivalent to $1.00 USD) for full access. You must not reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based competitions or cryptocurrency token usage is prohibited by law.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid Solana wallet address and a secure password. You agree to:
Accounts created through Apple Sign-In are limited to a 48-hour demo period with restricted functionality. Demo accounts are not eligible for prizes or rewards. Providing an email address is optional but recommended for account recovery and prize distribution.
Full access to the App requires holding a minimum of $1.00 USD equivalent in $QUOK tokens in your registered Solana wallet. Token value is determined at the time of login using live market data. If your holdings fall below the minimum threshold, access may be restricted until the requirement is met. Holding $QUOK tokens does not constitute an investment, security, or guarantee of any financial return. We are not responsible for fluctuations in $QUOK token value or any losses related to cryptocurrency holdings.
The App features six rotating puzzle types that refresh daily based on your local timezone. Each puzzle can only be completed once per day. Puzzle results, including solve times and scores, are recorded and used to calculate leaderboard rankings. We reserve the right to modify puzzle types, difficulty, availability, and scoring criteria at any time.
The App features multi-phase competitions and a weekly prize pool. Full details of prize amounts, eligibility requirements, timelines, and distribution are outlined in the in-app "Terms & Eligibility" document accessible from the Rewards screen. Key points include:
Demo users, bot accounts, and users who violate these Terms or the competition rules are not eligible for any prizes or rewards.
Each user receives a unique referral code upon account creation. Referral rewards are earned when referred users create valid accounts and begin playing. Referral abuse, including self-referral, fraudulent signups, or coordinated manipulation, will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and may result in account suspension or termination.

The App includes global chat, friends lists, head-to-head challenges, and an activity feed. Chat messages are subject to automated content filtering and moderation. We reserve the right to monitor, filter, edit, or remove messages that violate our conduct policy. Users may be muted or banned for repeated violations. Chat messages are stored on our servers and are visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages.
To ensure fair competition, we enforce the following measures:
Any user found to be cheating, exploiting, or engaging in unfair play will be disqualified from competitions, forfeit all prizes, and may have their account permanently terminated.
The App may send push notifications about daily puzzles, competition updates, achievements, streak reminders, and other relevant information. You can manage push notification preferences through your device settings. If you provide an email address, we may also send email communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, design, puzzles, algorithms, branding, logos, trademarks, and code within the App are the exclusive property of QuokAI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in any content or materials.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings in the App. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible, and will permanently remove all your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending prizes or rewards.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUOKAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the prize amount owed to you, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuokAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the App.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the in-app Terms & Eligibility, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuokAI regarding your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email if you have provided one. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
